Recommendations for New Customers

We recommend that you start with the lowest subscription (monthly or quarterly) and get to learn the software and ensure it is a fit for your style of trading. If it is a fit, then purchase the longer term subscriptions of yearly or 3 years.

Please remember there are no refunds so contact us if any doubts before purchasing.

Having problems with your purchase

Cancel or amend your Subscription

Click here to manage (update your credit card details) or cancel your MTPredictor subscription.


If you prefer, please send us an email to sales@MTPredictor.com and we will cancel your subscription for you. Please email us a few days before your subscription is due to renew, to give us time to process the cancellation for you.


For subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the term. There are no refunds.

Licensing

Purchase of the MTPredictor Software versions is for 1 person only; please see the new Licensing system.

System Requirements

The MTPredictor add-ons for NinjaTrader 8 can only run on a 64-bit PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Memory: We recommend a PC with at least 8GB of Ram, and ideally 12GB (or more) is better for power users.

*Please remember that although MTPredictor has automatic setups, we do not suggest that you just follow these blindly as if it were a black box mechanical system, judgement is needed in filtering the automatic setups, particularly with respect a clear larger degree trend.
